CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Part-Time Temporary
20-25 Hours Per Week

ALP Utilities is looking for a part-time, temporary, Customer Service Representative. This position will be between 20-25 hours per week. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced customer centric setting. Duties will include but are not limited to, addressing customer needs both in person and on the phone, posting payments to customer accounts by various means (cash, check, credit card), reconciling daily transactions, preparing daily bank deposits, setting up new customer accounts. Job qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Excellent computer and business machines skills
  • Great organizational skills
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
