COVID-19 UPDATE: How we are staying prepared and mainting utility services.
ALP Utilities is committed to providing reliable utility service. As issues surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) continue, we are taking precautions to protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers and community. We have chosen to make the following business changes to keep our employees and customers safe:
- Our lobby is temporarily closed to public access.
- There is a dropbox located inside our main doors and a dropbox drive thru located on the northside of our building.
- This is an evolving situation and we will continue to address issues to best serve our community. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
- We also encourage customers to be aware of phishing scams threatening you if you do not pay your bill or offering health advice.

For customers paying utility bills, please use one of our following options: mailing payment, paying online, by phone using a credit card, or bringing payment to our drop-off boxes located in the entry and north side of our building. You may also sign up for automatic payment from checking.
