RECYCLE FLUORESCENT BULBS – IT’S A MUST!

ALP encourages the use of energy efficient, long lasting fluorescent bulbs; however, it is very important that these bulbs do not get thrown in the garbage. These bulbs contain mercury and if broken expired bulbs get in our waste stream, it is a concern for our lake area. Help keep our environment clean. 

ALP customers can take their expired fluorescent bulbs to Pope Douglas Solid Waste and ALP will pay for the disposal. Bring the fluorescent bulbs to:
